Rense Makes Sense!

I didn’t start out this cynical – I had to fight and claw my way to achieve my current level of distrust of anything organized. And that includes government, its subservient stooges in the press, political parties, the Church, and most business organizations. The reason for my painfully-acquired lack of respect for anything organized? In a word, “lies!” – lies, more lies, and still more lies! I offer as my ultimate example the current herd of liars and warmongering propagandists in the Bush administration! 

And it didn’t help matters either being a former, staunch supporter of the Republican Party and its candidates. Around the time when I opened up a restaurant about ten years ago, one of my employees turned me on to a guy named Rush Limbaugh. What a find! The guy was on the money, told it like it was and how it ought to be, and was able to deliver his message with clarity and humor. I read his two books. I watched his cable TV show. And when I was home during the week, and not at work, I tuned in to his radio show on ABC broadcasting from New York City . I even subscribed to the Limbaugh Letter for a few of years. 

Then Bush happened. Sure I voted for him in 2000 – here was the Republican savior that would undo all the Clinton crimes and those of his leftist supporters.  Here come the herds of elephants to stamp out “liberalism.” Here come the Republicans who would say to Bubba Bill: You have the right to remain silent! But Bush flipped heels over head backwards through hoops to cover for Clinton .

First, no action was taken by Bush and his elephants for the Clinton regime’s trashing of the People’s White House. Then nothing at all was done as regards the Clinton-Gore missing e-mails which Al Gore couldn’t explain – curious when considering that Gore invented the Internet, the computer and the electric light bulb. Also nothing was done about “pardongate” or the military secrets illegally transferred to Communist China, or the Grand Staircase Escalante “ Monument ” fiasco to enrich and protect the coal mining investments of Clinton ’s Communist friends of the Indonesian Lippo Group. 

As the annoyance of the deliberate and arrogant avoidance of pursuing Clinton and his Clintonistas by Bush and his Republicans went from worse to intolerable, my support for Republicans and their agenda began to wane. Then what really jumped out at me was the two-faced double standard exercised by Limbaugh and his ilk, the Bush-supporting FOXNews sycophants who no longer had Clinton to kick around. Republicans could now follow through for the previous regime by ramming through Congress, undaunted, the Clinton regime’s USA PATRIOT Act. Now, even greater violations of the Constitution are occurring and yet totally supported by those who once used that metric to criticize Clinton , offering: “Have you lost any freedoms [yet]?!” 

But a routine was created for me. A new dimension was added to my life by Limbaugh and his friends at FOXNews, NEWSMAX, Media Research Center and WorldNetDaily. I was taught to question. I learned to inquire, to seek corroboration, and to compare political events and activities to the rule of law; our Constitution. This is what being a fan of organized opposition to Clinton and his Democrats did for me. 

Where is there an organized opposition to the Bush regime now? Some Democrat websites I’ve tried to write for wanting to point out the need for their challenge of Bush administration crimes took the same tack as the Republican websites that once banned me for not being a proven, tested “member of the club.” That is how one fellow Republican writer described the exclusivity reserved for those lucky enough to be published on these sites. I eventually made it on one of those sites only because the regular editor was away – when he saw my editorial, even one favorable to Bush, he must have flipped. He probably called the morning editor and screamed at her to remove my article – it had only survived for a couple of hours. 

Where am I going with all this? The total purpose of the First Amendment is to encourage the free interchange of ideas, the freedom to conceptualize and articulate ideas, and the freedom to observe and discuss wrongdoing; you can’t solve a problem until you acknowledge that there is one. So-called Internet “news and opinion” websites that base both their news reporting and punditry on an unbreakable loyalty to one political party or the other will find it impossible to be objective. The impossibility of objectivity creates a strong atmosphere of bias, which in turn is the life-sustaining environment that fosters lies. 

The websites where I do best are those that maintain objectivity. But even here, one can be intimidated. One may occasionally take a swipe at identifying and solving a problem. One may even consistently lob a flurry of swipes at the status quo, the establishment, the so-called politically correct, but there will always be an area reserved that cannot ever be discussed. Such areas require lead blockers.

All lead blockers are courageous. The crusaders who turn on their own are ostracized, and when, as outsiders who observe wrongdoing and identify it as a problem, risk denouncement because of certain taboos. Speaking and writing honestly takes courage, especially if doing so provides the doer with little or no reward. I have always had very strong reservations attacking anyone’s religious beliefs, even if those beliefs are fraudulent or blasphemous and contrary to mine.  Religion, after all, just as in the case of liberty and freedom, is a personal matter; you cannot attack it without attacking people individually. 

Zionism is an extremely difficult movement to combat due to its being shielded by so many God-fearing Christians and Jews. It has been described as “international Judaism,” but many God-fearing Jewish rabbis vehemently oppose Zionism and Israel , rejecting much of what is said about Christians in the Talmud. And there is, of course, the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith, the infamous Zionist ADL. Their favorite weapon is the smear “anti-Semitism.” Their supportive motto is “Never again!” just as surely as they supported both Adolf Hitler and his Nazis and the Holocaust. The latter is repeatedly cited and reiterated to elicit the required sympathy from both the Jewish and Christian communities in order to allow Zionism to gradually disassemble our religion, social mores, capitalism, marriage and family, and in fact, our entire society! That’s quite an indictment, no? 

One of the lead blocking websites that has identified the problem and has the courage to tell it like it is, is the website of radio talk show host Jeff Rense and his terrific website, Rense.com. In a recent article by Jonathan Cook entitled “The New Anti-Semitism” and posted on Rense April 14th Cook begins, “Anti-Semitism, like some plague-inducing virus, is ‘evolving’ – or so warns Holocaust scholar Daniel J. Goldhagen in the American Jewish weekly The Forward. According to the author, the lessons of the Holocaust are slowly being forgotten and a ‘free-floating’ globalized hatred of Jews is being spread via the Internet and television.” 

Cook continues: “Goldhagen’s piece, ‘The Globalisation of anti-Semitism,’ is one of the latest contributions to a growing body of reports by American and Israeli journalists and research centers purporting to show that a powerful new strain of racism is sweeping the globe. None of the authors is as disinterested as he claims: each hopes to silence criticism of both Israel and the muscular Zionist lobby groups within Washington that support Israel .” 

Henry Makow, a PhD and himself a Jew, writes on Rense.com [Zionist Fox Guards American Henhouse], “A ‘protection racket’ is a scam where an aggressor instigates an attack, blames it on a bogeyman, and then offers to protect the victim from this bogeyman in return for money and power. The ‘War on Terror’ is a protection racket. The aggressor is the world financial elite known as the ‘Crown’ based in the City of London . Their instrument is the Zionist project, specifically the Mossad [Israeli Intelligence] and its US allies.” 

Makow goes on: “The victim is the people of the Unites States and the West in General. The goal is the overthrow of Western Civilization, and the establishment of a world police state called the ‘New World Order.’ ‘Zionism is but an incident of a far reaching plan,’ said leading American Zionist Louis Marshall, counsel for bankers Kuhn Loeb in 1917. ‘It is merely a convenient peg on which to hang a powerful weapon.’” Since we are reflecting upon this metaphor, let’s consider another: “[The ACLU] …is the transmission belt for the [Communist] Party [in America ]. This statement was quoted from Roger Baldwin, the founder of the American Civil Liberties Union in 1923. 

In another April 14th article on Rense.com entitled, “Mossad – The Israeli Connection to 9-11,” Christopher Bollyn writes, “ U.S. investigators and the controlled media have ignored a preponderance of evidence pointing to Israel 's intelligence agency, the Mossad, being involved in the terror attacks of 9/11.” 

Bollyn continues with his astonishing account: “From the very morning aircraft smashed into the World Trade Center (WTC) and the Pentagon, news reports have indicated Israeli intelligence being involved in the events of 9/11 - and the planting of ‘false flags’ to blame Arab terrorists and mold public opinion to support the pre-planned ‘war on terror.’ Shortly after the destruction of the twin towers, radio news reports described five ‘Middle Eastern men’ being arrested in New Jersey after having been seen videotaping and celebrating the explosive ‘collapses’ of the WTC. These men, from a phony moving company in Weehawken , N.J. , turned out to be agents of Israeli military intelligence, Mossad. Furthermore, their ‘moving van’ tested positive for explosives.” 

Bollyn’s analysis continues: “Despite the fact that the Israelis arrested in New Jersey evidently had prior knowledge or were involved in the planning of 9/11, the U.S. mainstream media has never even broached the question of Israeli complicity in the attacks.” But this is not true – of all the examples of the mainstream media, the entity that has been most continuously in support of President Bush and his administration has been FOXNews. And Fox’s star reporter, Carl Cameron, did indeed present a four part news series exposing Israeli Mossad intelligence operations here in the United States . This would tend to corroborate Bollyn’s account. But FOX and has apparently arranged to have that documentary permanently “sealed” and rendered unavailable. 

Another article points to the huge “Jewish” influence in the news and entertainment media. Mark Green and Wendy Campbell, in their April 16th article for Rense, “Deconstructing Hollywood Mind-Control,” offer: “ Edison may have invented the ‘motion picture’ - but Jewish immigrants from Europe created Hollywood . (Read 'How The Jews Invented Hollywood ' by Neal Gabler) Remarkably, in the century since [Mayer], the Warner Brothers and a handful of other Ashkenazi Jewish immigrants who began the ‘studio system’, Hollywood maintains a distinctly Yiddish accent. Some critics, however, posit that Hollywood doesn’t play fair, since it employs the mesmerizing power of cinema to manipulate the mindset of complacent viewers. How? By relentlessly injecting sordid scenarios and denigrating images of once-respected American archetypes and institutions. Current targets: the Catholic Church and, as usual, Arabs.” 

Green and Campbell point out: “One very recent example out of many is the comic-book styled action film ‘ Sin City .’ Here, many of the villains are sporting multiple crucifixion crosses, a symbol held sacred by many Christians, and mixed in with a smattering of swastikas. Indeed, the film's arch-villain turns out to be a satanic, cannibalistic Catholic cardinal! OK, this is fictional ‘entertainment’ but Hollywood knows these scenarios have a visceral, even subliminal, impact. That's basically why we don't see any Hollywood-fabricated demons and bad guys sporting a Star of David nor do we see any rabid psychopathic rabbis dished up for popular entertainment.” 

Green and Campbell offer: “The unspoken code of Tinseltown is simple: Jewish archetypes and Jewish religious sensitivities are to be respected. Others may be casually smeared. Although Catholics and Arabs are expected to survive this non-lethal, but inherently pernicious onslaught, considering the laudatory treatment Hollywood ’s Jews regularly heap upon themselves when portraying their brethren, it’s becoming a bit of an outrage, as it should. How is it that Jews, Arabs and Christians receive such different treatment under Hollywood 's gaze? In polite terms, the Jewish presence in American film and media is ‘without peer.’” 

Here’s Makow on the effects of “Jewish” propaganda via the Zionist-controlled “news” and “entertainment media: “The Jewish elite regards the Jewish rank-and-file as pawns to be manipulated. “‘Anti Semitism is indispensable to us for the management of our lesser brethren’ [Christians], says the author of Protocols of the Elders of Zion (9-2) a ‘forgery’ that reads 'coincidentally' precisely like the blueprint of the New World Order.”

Makow elaborates: “Jews had to be terrorized into setting up Israel as a ‘national home,’ i.e. colonizing the Middle East and creating a centre of world government. World Finance funded the Nazis. Zionists actively collaborated with them. Zionist betrayal is the reason Jews went passively to their deaths, says Rabbi Moshe Shonfeld in his book ‘Holocaust Victims Accuse.’ Non-Zionist Jews were worth more dead than alive to the Zionist leadership who, Shonfeld says, reaped the moral and financial capital from their ‘sacrifice.’” 

Makow offers a specific example: “The Jewish elite has a long history of manipulating Jews in this manner. For example, in 1950 a wave of anti Semitism and terrorism in Iraq made Naeim Giladi, 21, join the Zionist underground. Giladi was imprisoned, tortured and sentenced to death by Iraqi authorities. He escaped and fled to Israel only to discover that the anti Semitism and bombings had been engineered by his fellow Zionists to dupe Iraqi Jews into going to Israel . An ancient community was deprived of its wealth and reduced to second-class citizen status in Israel , replacing Palestinian labor.” 

It would seem that all these writers, including Dr. Makow who is a Jew, as well as Rabbi Moshe Shonfeld, and many more such American Jews, can all be smeared by “rabbi” Abraham Foxman and his anti-American/pro-Israel highly-powered and highly-funded ADL. But as Makow points out, all Jews can easily be manipulated by the powerful propaganda outlets that favor Zionism to the disadvantage of America and its “Spirit of ’76. The “Jewish” dominance in the news and entertainment media must be realized, and the cover provided by referring to this influence as merely “leftist” or “liberal,” combined with the smear of “anti-Semitism” and the false direction of “Never again!” explains the advantage that Zionism has.
